Perry Stallings age 89 of Cedar Bluff passed away Saturday August 28th at Cherokee Health and Rehab.

Graveside services will be 11AM Friday September 3rd at Cherokee Memory Gardens with Rev. A.O. Hanner officiating. The family will receive friends from 12 PM until 4 PM Thursday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

Survivors include wife Clara McElroy Stallings; sons, Preston (Diann) Stallings, Fredrick Stallings and Rodrick (Sonya) Stallings; daughter, Coretta (Carl) Hackett; sister, Christine Garland; 6 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Emory, Berny and Charles Stallings; sisters, Pearline Dixon and Eva Stallings.

Mr. Stallings was a native of Cherokee County and the son of the late

Jimmy and Pearlie Moore Stallings and a member of Flint Hill Baptist Church.
