Phillip Harvey Steele

Phillip Harvey Steele age 78 of Cedar Bluff passed away Saturday January 16th at Redmond Regional Medical Center.
 
Pallbearers include John Bannister, Mike Dodd, Jake Cagle, Josh Hilley, Scott Hilley, Tony Townsell and Joel Swanson.
 
Funeral Services will be 2 PM Thursday January 21st at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Jenkins and Rev. Gary Hardin officiating. Burial will follow in Weiss Lake Memorial Garden. The family will receive friends from 12 until 2 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
 
Survivors include wife, Brenda Inman Steele of Cedar Bluff; daughters, Frances Elaine (Jeff) Tucker and Phyllis (Jerrett) Lambert both of Cedar Bluff; sister, Peggy (James) Dodd of Cedar Bluff; brother-in-law, Morris Tucker; grandchildren, Ty Storey and Abby (John) Bannister; great-grandson, John Riley Bannister II; chosen grandchildren, Cooper Lambert, Savannah and Walker Johnson.
 
He was preceded in death by his brothers, William Steele, Franklin Steele, Charles Steele and Wayne Steele; sisters, Wanda Tucker and Doris Steele.
 
Mr. Steele was a native of Cherokee County and the son of the late Robert and Pearlie Hardin Steele and was a member of Enon Grove Baptist Church.
