Picture Perfect Day For The 2015 Cherokee County Christmas Parade

This year’s Cherokee County Christmas Parade proved to once again be one of the most popular holiday traditions putting a smile on faces and officially kicking of the holiday season of kids from 1 to 92 (or thereabouts) in downtown Centre Saturday.

This year’s Parade featured more than 90 entries from area businesses, schools, community organizations, civic clubs, and church groups.

The parade was led by The Cherokee County Career & Tech Center, this year’s Grand Marshall.

The parade also featured antique cars, motorcycles, horses and various public safety vehicles.…..and of course Santa Claus made an appearance, riding atop the City of Centre’s Ladder 9 Truck.
