A Planned Power Outage will take place this Friday and Saturday (May 2nd and 3rd) as Alabama Power changes out poles and wire on a Transmission Line. Sarah Bright with Cherokee Electric informed WEIS Radio News that the outage will be in effect from – 8:00pm Friday until 6:00am Saturday.
Areas affected will include – Webster’s Chapel, Germania Springs, Treadagar Chapel, Cobb City and Marrelltown along with Pleasant Valley School.
