Police Arrest A Man Found Crawling Near The Road And Barking Like A Dog

A call about a man crawling near the road and barking like a dog led to the arrest of three people on methamphetamine charges on Saturday night.
According to Floyd County Jail and Rome police reports, police went to the area of Martha Berry Boulevard and did not find the man.

The original caller to 911 called back and said the man had gone inside a Martha Berry Boulevard motel room.

When police arrived at the motel room, they found methamphetamine in a bottle in the bathroom.

According to Floyd County Jail reports, 58-year-old Marion Boyd Kenneth of Rome, 36 year-old Horace Clifford Dempsey III and Michelle Eileen Carney, 33, of Calhoun are charged with one count of possession of methamphetamine.
