Floyd County Police have now obtained warrants for Randy Clowers, charging him in the death of Justin Foster, who was recently shot and killed at the Chevy Club on Cave Spring Road.
An autopsy conducted by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation Medical Examiner – revealed that Foster died from injuries sustained when he was shot in the back.
At least two other victims, Desmond Whatley and Desmond Justice, were injured in the shooting that night.
The shooting remains under investigation by the Floyd County Police Department and they urge anyone coming in contact with Clowers to exercise extreme caution as he is considered armed and dangerous.
