The Chattooga County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating the theft of a vehicle from a Cloudland address.
According to a report released on Wednesday, a responding deputy spoke with Gregory Martin who said that he had lent the vehicle to his niece.
Martin said that his niece, who lives on Valley View Ranch Road at Cloudland, told him that a man reportedly named “Jeremy Keel” had left in the vehicle on March 4th and had not yet returned the vehicle. The vehicle is a 2007, white Chrysler PT Cruiser with a tag number of RDF6809.
The responding deputy has entered the vehicle into the statewide data base as being stolen.
