There will be a Public Hearing on Legacy Park held today (Monday, August 12th) at 4:00pm in the Town of Cedar Bluff Council Room.
This is regarding land between Rocky Ford Point and Summer Place Road south of Highway 9, with the nature of said petition being possible re-zoning of Legacy Park Subdivision from Highway Commercial and RR to R1.
According to the Notice of Public Hearing sent from the Town of Cedar Bluff to WEIS Radio, all persons who desire shall have opportunity of being heard in opposition to, or in favor of, such amendment.
A Town of Cedar Bluff Workshop will follow at 5:00pm with the Council Meeting set to start at 5:30.
