A 34 year old Rainbow City man is facing an attempted murder charge following a domestic dispute occurring Friday (September 12th).
Police responded to a domestic disturbance call around 11:00 that morning at South Town Apartments, where there was a report of shots being fired.
JaMichael Stevenson Fleming was taken into custody without incident in the parking lot of the complex; the attempted murder charge came after authorities reviewed video evidence and took statements from several witnesses.
Information regarding the circumstances surrounding the incident has yet to be released.
Fleming remains in the Etowah County Detention Center on bond of $50,000.
