An Alabama man was recently picked up by Floyd County, Georgia police officers at a home on Hawkins Road, due to an outstanding warrant. According to Floyd County jail reports, 45 year old Matthew Mark Bell, of a Rainsville address in DeKalb County, is currently facing a felony Fugitive from Justice charge.
He was taken into custody Sunday (December 6th).
