The 29-year-old actress reportedly ended her four-year marriage to Glee actor Blake Jenner, reaching a property agreement in an out-of-court settlement.
Benoist filed for divorce about a year ago, reportedly citing irreconcilable differences. The former couple has no children.
She has also had her maiden name legally restored, according to the gossip website.
Benoist and Jenner, 25, met on the set of Glee and tied the knot in 2015.
