Representative Richard Lindsey Continues to Give Back to his Community

Representative Richard Lindsey continues to give back to his community.

On September 6th (2018) Richard Lindsey was honored with a dinner attended by almost 500 people in the Gadsden State Cherokee Arena.  We cannot adequately express our appreciation for his 35 years of service to Cherokee County and District 39

In the planning stages of this event, Richard was still thinking about service to his district, insisting that the proceeds from this dinner go to two non-profit organizations very dear to his heart.   Early on Representative Lindsey secured the funding for the Cherokee County Children’s Advocacy Center and the Cherokee County Education & Training Center.
