Richard Terrell Colbert, age 61 of Cedar Bluff, passed away Sunday, May 29th at Cherokee Health and Rehab.
Survivors include his brother, Floyd Clifford Colbert of Atlanta, GA; sisters, Donna Lee Colbert Rhodes of Atlanta, GA. and Elaine Colbert Whitener of Atlanta, GA.
He was a native of Fulton County, GA, the son of the late Floyd Clifford and Christine Webb Colbert, was a plumber and was of the Baptist faith.
