According to the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office, Tyranne Roshun Hudson, 37, was reportedly found with an unnamed synthetic narcotic, marijuana, heroin, and hypodermic needles in the vehicle during a traffic stop on South Hanks Street.  It was also reported that suspected cocaine was found in Hudson’s Underwear after a strip search when he crossed the guard line at the jail.

Hudson was charged with Possession of Cocaine, Heroin, Synthetic Narcotic, and Marijuana as well as Possession of Drug Related Objects and Crossing the Guard Line with Drugs.

Hudson also had an affidavit for a simple battery charge under the family violence act back in July; a cruelty to children charge and a theft by taking charge were also given, stemming from the same incident.

The arrest was made based on probable cause, all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
