Dwight Allen Smith, 59 of Rome, Georgia – stands accused of molesting a child under the age of 16.
Reports state that the alleged acts occurred between January of 2012 and January of 2017. The victim told police Smith threatened to kill her if she reported the acts. Smith was arrested and has been charged with aggravated child molestation, cruelty to children in the first degree and terroristic threats and acts.
