Emergency crews were dispatched to the scene of a one vehicle accident taking place on Highway 9 North near the Hardeman Cemetery in Cedar Bluff on Thursday afternoon.
Alabama State Troopers say that 19 year old Quinton Allen of Rome was injured when his 2012 Ford left the roadway, according to the Cedar Bluff Fire Department – the vehicle did knock down a power lines which caused a small grass fire.
Quinton was treated at the scene by Cherokee EMS Paramedics.
The mishap occurred at 3:15 with Cedar Bluff Firefighters, Alabama State Troopers and Cherokee EMS responding to the scene.
