Rome Woman Facing Charges After Reportedly Being Found in Possession of Firearm Stolen in Cherokee County

A gun reportedly stolen out of Cherokee County (Alabama) – was recently found to be in the possession of a 37 year old Rome, Georgia woman. 

According to the arrest warrant that Smith & Wesson .380 was found inside a dresser drawer in the bedroom of Tosha Marie King.  She was placed under arrest and charged with Theft by Receiving Stolen Property.  The investigation into the matter is on-going.
