A Rome woman is back in Cherokee County (Alabama) after being arrested in Floyd County, Georgia over the weekend on an active Fugitive from Justice warrant.
Nina Michelle Herman, 26, of a South Hughes Street address was taken into custody Sunday and booked in at the Floyd County Jail. She was brought back to Cherokee County Monday, where she was booked into jail just after 11:00am.
Herman is wanted locally for Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance. No bond is listed.
