FYFFE – The Sand Rock Lady Wildcats split a volleyball tri-match at Fyffe on Thursday. The Lady Wildcats dropped their first contest of the season to host Fyffe, 21-25, 25-20, 10-15. Sand Rock rebounded to defeat Sylvania 25-13, 25-16 to improve to 6-1 on the season.
For the night, Hannah Davis delivered 13 kills and 12 digs. Lanie Henderson added 11 kills and eight digs. Jadyn Foster contributed nine kills. Maci Brown managed eight kills and three blocks.
Caley Garrett collected 34 digs and three aces. Cheyanne Fuqua had six kills and four aces. Jacey Stephens finished with five kills, 23 assists, eight digs and three aces.
Sand Rock travels to Westbrook Christian for an area match on Tuesday.
