Sarah Alma Gautney, age 96 of Warner Robbins, passed away Friday, July 4th in Perry, GA.
Funeral services will be 12 noon, Monday, July 7th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Wayne Gautney officiating; burial will follow in Longshore cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10 until 12 P.M. Monday.
Pallbearers include Lester Anderson, Don Anderson, Gary Anderson, Derek Gautney, George Gautney, Stan Gautney.
Survivors include sons, Charles (Barbara) Gautney of Mobile, Bobby (Sheila) Gautney of Mobile, Larry Gautney of Warner Robbins, GA; daughters, Eloise (J.L.) Anderson of Cedar Bluff, Jane (Floyd) Landry of Mobile; sister, Mary Sue Brassart of Centre; 18 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; 10 great great grandchildren; several nieces & nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Boyd Gautney.
Mrs. Gautney was a native of Cherokee County, the daughter of the late Charlie and Fannie Farmer Norris, was a homemaker and was a member of Mt Zion Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mt Zion Baptist Church.
