The search continues for a man reported missing from the Lincoln area on May 21st.
40 year old Robert Allen Payne was last seen leaving his home in his personal vehicle. That vehicle was later found by police less than a mile from the man’s home.
Payne is a white male, standing five-nine (5’9”) weighing about 200 pounds; he has salt and pepper hair and was last seen wearing a tan t-shirt, blue jeans and brown boots.
