Senate Candidate Andrew Jones Visits the WEIS Radio Studios

On Tuesday, Cherokee County native Andrew Jones joined WEIS Radio Morning Show Host Jerry Baker in the studio to discuss his campaign for the Senate 10 District Seat, and wasted no time in pointing out why he decided to throw his hat into the ring

Over the course of that conversation Jones made it very clear he believes “career politicians and ladder climbers” in Montgomery have forgotten who they work for – and Jones stresses that our next senator must be grounded in the conservative principles of small government and low taxes, along with fiscal responsibility and accountability.

As a fourth generation farmer, raised on common-sense principles and values, Jones brings to the table an approach that seeks to weed out excessive regulation and misguided policies that have made it hard on small business owners and family farmers for years, holding back the people of Cherokee, Etowah and DeKalb counties in many ways.

“Our state faces enormous challenges that will never be met by career politicians or Montgomery politics as usual. As a small business owner, farmer, and Christian Conservative, I believe there is much we can do to fully harness the great potential of our state. I invite you to join me as I begin this journey.”
