Seven Arrested Locally on Drug and Firearms Charges and/or Outstanding Warrants

Drug charges, firearms violations and outstanding warrants led to seven individuals being taken into custody at a residence on County Road 325 in Sand Rock, over a two-day period.

Four people were arrested on Tuesday (July 31st) including Denisha Sluss, 37 of Sand Rock, charged with Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in addition to a bond revocation warrant; 30 year old Tabatha Hoosline of Collinsville was charged with Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; John T. King, age 36, was arrested on a bond revocation warrant and Billy M. Tucker, age 39, was arrested on a Child Support warrant from Georgia.

Investigators returned the following day, Wednesday, August 1st, and arrested three other individuals – Odis P. Tucker, on charges of Distribution of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Short Barrel Shotgun and Felon in Possession of a Firearm; Walter L. Tucker, age 36 for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Short Barrel Shotgun and Felon in Possession of a Firearm along with April R. Langston, 43 from Leesburg, charged with Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office Deputies transported all seven subjects from the scene to the County Detention Center.
