Daniel Shane Pittman, age 36 of Cedar Bluff – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

Nicholas Lee Banks, age 29 of Cedar Bluff – Domestic Violence 3rd Degree and Resisting Arrest;

Johnna Lynn Tucke, age 31 of Leesburg – Fraudulent Use of Credit/Debit Card (35 counts), Financial Exploitation of the Elderly and Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Operating a Motor Vehicle without Insurance;

Jason Lee Nicholson, age 41 of Cedar Bluff – Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance;

James Edward Cline, age 47 of Cedar Bluff – Domestic Violence 3rd Degree;

and

Taylor Lee Parrish, age 24 of Glencoe – Theft by Deception 4th Degree.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
