Several Roadways in Cherokee County Closed Due to Flooding

CLOSED DUE TO FLOODING

Early Monday morning, WEIS Radio spoke with Corey Chambers with the Cherokee County Highway Department regarding road conditions following the Easter Sunday storms and he informed us of the following road closings:

Posted at 7:45am Monday

  • Portion of Highway 273 at Little River Missionary Church
  • A stretch of Highway 114 of County Road 41 at Cedar Bluff
  • Portions of County Roads 535 and 144 near Hartons Store – between Gaylesville and Cedar Bluff
