Severe Storms Possible On Wednesday & Thursday

The National Weather Service says that we could see the potential for severe storms in Cherokee County on Wednesday and again on Thursday.

Right now, we have been placed in a Marginal Risk area both days with the main threat being for damaging winds up to 60 mph and quarter sized hail.

The timeline for Wednesday right now is 1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. and the timeline on Thursday is 4:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
