Alabama State Troopers responded to two separate single-vehicle accidents taking place on Wednesday in Cherokee County.
That first wreck occurred on County Road 71 south of the Terrapin Creek Bridge, at around 6:45am when the driver, listed on the report as a male resident of Piedmont apparently lost control of his 2009 Buick and left the roadway, coming to rest in a ditch.
The second wreck occurred on County Road 22 just before 1:00pm, involving a 2009 Dodge being driven by a male resident of Centre.
Fortunately no one was hurt in either instance; those wrecks remain under investigation by State Troopers.
