A single-vehicle accident was reported at approximately 10:30 Monday morning, on County Road 91 above County Road 56 near Gaylesville.
A passerby notified emergency personnel that the vehicle, a 2004 Ford, had left the roadway and the driver was requesting assistance.
William Carmon of Gaylesville was that driver, and was injured from the incident and transported to the hospital for treatment.
