Emergency crews were dispatched to the scene of a single-vehicle rollover on County Road 44 shortly after 8:30 Sunday night.
According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report that wreck took place a mile south of Cedar Bluff, and it involved a 1980 Jeep being driven by a Cedar Bluff resident Troy Hill III. According to witnesses, Hill was checked out at the scene by Cherokee EMS but appeared to have only been shaken up in the wreck.
Those responding in addition to Cherokee EMS included Cedar Bluff Police and Firefighters, the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and Alabama State Troopers.
