Six Arrested on Drug Charges Over the Weekend in Gaylesville

According to Sheriff Jeff Shaver Cherokee County Investigators arrested a total of six people from a camper on Highway 68 in Gaylesville this past Saturday (November 24th).  Three of those individuals attempted to run from the camper as investigators arrived at the residence, but were quickly apprehended. 

Michael E. Peed, age 32 of Gaylesville; Billy R. Agan, 31 of Leesburg; and Misty A. Itson, also age 31 of Leesburg were all charged with Attempting to Elude, the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 

Meanwhile, Robie Watwood, age 53 of Cedar Bluff; Danny J. Segars, age 41, also from Cedar Bluff; and Amanda N. Bradley age 23 of Piedmont were all arrested for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 

All six were transported to the Cherokee County Detention Center on those charges.
