Brantley Edward Folsom, age 44 of Cedar Bluff – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Failure to Appear on prior charges of Burglary 3rd Degree and Theft of Property 4th Degree;

Andrea Pullen Ingram, age 43 of Cedar Bluff – Theft of Property 4th Degree (two counts) and Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree;

Clorice Letrece Jelks, age 45 of Mentone – Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Theft of Property 1st Degree;

Stephanie Renee Stephens Walters, age 41 of Silver Creek, Georgia and David Isaiah Floyd, age 59 of Silver Creek, Georgia – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance  and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

and

Brooklyn Paige Crane, age 30 of Piedmont – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance (two counts)

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 87 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
