Six People Arrested During Drug House Raid on County Road 712 Near Henagar

Over the last few weeks, the DeKalb County Narcotics & Interdiction Team has racked up a total of 21 arrests – including six individuals who were arrested at a drug house on County Road 712 in a multi-agency raid. On Monday of this week (November 25th) the DeKalb County Narcotics Unit, along with the DeKalb County Special Response Team and Alabama Law Enforcement Agency Task Force executed a search warrant at that location on County Road 712 near Henagar.

A search of the home revealed approximately 14 grams of methamphetamine in addition to a quantity of marijuana and assorted drug paraphernalia.

Shaun Hawes, age 36 of Flat Rock; Jesse Garner, 31 of Ider; Michael Tidwell, age 39 from Collinsville; 43 year old Christopher Payne and Christopher Holcomb, 46 from Ider were all placed under arrest at the scene and charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute, the Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Quanda Franks, age 48 of Ft Payne, was also present at the home and she was arrested on a charge of Possession of Controlled Substance along with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
