Some People Just Don’t Know When to Quit.

A man was arrested Monday after being told not to mow a woman’s yard.  The Summerville News reports that Michael Nagel showed up uninvited to the residence in Summerville, and wanted to mow the lawn. The homeowner refused because she already had a contract with a lawn service.

While the woman was at work Nagel allegedly returned and started cutting the grass.

When she arrived home she told him to leave and again, told him not to cut the grass before calling police and telling them about the encounter.

Later that evening, Nagel made the mistake of showing up yet again.  This time, police were already at the home.  Nagel told the officer that he returned to ask for payment on the grass he had cut earlier in the day.

The officer ran his information into a database, and discovered Michael Nagel had a Bartow County felony violation of probation warrant from June 29th, which led to his being booked into the Bartow County Jail the following morning.
