Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Austin Smartt, age 23 and Kimberly Haston, 27, both residents of Ft Payne along with Ricky Dutton, 57 of Centre and Cody Boyd, age 31 of Summerville, Georgia were each placed under arrest – charged with Possession of Dangerous Drugs.  Smartt, Haston and Dutton are facing two counts each while Boyd faces a single count;Rudy Mills, age 45 of Piedmont – Non-Support;

Toby Hulsey, age 42 of Centre – Bond Revocation;

Jessie Brown, age 24 of Holly Pond – Possession of Forged Instruments;

Kirstie Morris, age 30 of Leesbug – Conditional Release Violation;

And

Deferionus Stewart, age 28 of Trion, Georgia and Billy Martin, 58 of Piedmont – both were arrested but their charges were not available.

Arrests are based on probable cause – suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 103 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
