Terra Jolé on “DWTS” Elimination: “It Was a Great Night”

ABC/Heidi Gutman(NEW YORK) — Despite two perfect scores Monday night on Dancing With the Stars, Terra Jolé and her professional dancing partner Sasha Farber were booted from the dance floor one week before the finals.

But the Little Women: LA star has not let the defeat get her down.

“It was really great,” she said on Good Morning America today of her final night in the competition. “That was our first perfect score, and then we got two of them. It was a great night.”
Farber said Jolé has “been a dream come true to work with.”

“The second I met her I was like, ‘How is this going to work?’” he recalled. “But within the first hour of rehearsals she inspired me so much. We definitely wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for Terra. She’s been the best partner I’ve ever had. She’s just so amazing.”

“This journey ended and I have a friend for life,” Farber added.

Jolé was not only the first little person to compete on DWTS, but she had also given birth to her second child just three weeks before starting rehearsals.

“It was quite hard those first few weeks,” she said. “Just having my C-section and then going straight into dancing, and as the weeks progressed it got easier. I may have accumulated some hernias because of it. But you just keep pushing because this competition is such a unique opportunity and experience you never want to give up on.”
