A 67 year old Silver Creek man is facing a felony First Degree Burglary charge following just what seems like too much work for too little reward and waaaay too many headaches at the end of the day.
According to records at the Floyd County Jail Wayne David Boatner took a sledgehammer, and slammed it into the door of a residence on Bethel Church Road until he finally managed to break a large hole in it. He then went inside and according to that report – the only thing he took – was a bottle of water.
