According to the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office website, three individuals were written up on arrest reports as being charged with Prostitution – and they included: 47 year old Donald Andrew Admire of Vestavia, Alabama; 48 year old Robert Wayne Kilgore of Sand Rock; and 51 year old Gadsden resident Perry Ellis Wain.
All were booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center on Thursday evening.
As of Friday morning (March 28th), both Admire and Kilgore had met bond (set at $300 & $500 respectively) and were released, while Wain (with bond set at $500) remained incarcerated.
