Three Arrested On Burglary Charges In Marshall County

On November 23, 2020 Deputies with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office responded to two separate burglary calls in the Albertville area. The first call was on Water Plant Road where a large number of guns had been taken and the second call was on Martlin Gap Rd.

When deputies arrived at the Martlin Gap residence, witnesses advised them they observed three people make entry into the home.

Deputies then searched the residence and located a female on the ground floor and two males hiding in the attic crawl space. Several guns were then located near the subjects in the attic which Deputies determined had been stolen from the Water Plant Rd residence earlier in the day.

Jordan Lee Lopez 26, of Horton Al

Zackary Alan Thomas 32, of Albertville

Macey Elizabeth Justice 21, of Crossville AL.

All three were charged with burglary 1st, resisting Arrest and criminal trespassing and are currently being held in the Marshall County Jail on a $15,000.00 dollar bond.
