Three Arrested Thursday on Multiple Charges including Possession of Controlled Substance

Three people were jailed on drug charges Thursday in Cherokee County.

Stacy Lynn Roach, age 32 of Centre – was booked into jail around 8:00am on multiple charges, including Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (three counts), the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and the Illegal Possession of Prescription Drugs in addition to Failure to Appear on previous charges of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (two counts), Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, the Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree, Assault 3rd Degree, Promoting Prison Contraband and Receiving Stolen Property 1st Degree.

Meanwhile, Kenneth Rowland Edwards age 40, and Stephanie Earwood Osborne, 43 – both of Rome, Georgia – were booked in around 3:30pm – and charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree and Burglary 3rd Degree.

All three currently remain in the Cherokee County Detention Center, with bond set at $8,000 each for Edwards and Osborne; bond for Roach has yet to be set.
