Three Cherokee County Residents Arrested in Northwest Georgia on Drug Charges

Three Cherokee County residents were arrested on drug charges this week, across the state line in neighboring Floyd County, Georgia.

Two Cedar Bluff residents, 34 year old Elizabeth Marie Flanagan and Robert Lee Tucker age 32, along with a Gaylesville man, 45 year old Terry Van Inman, were charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance.  All three were arrested at the intersection of Georgia 20 and Huffaker Road following a traffic stop.

Inman was also charged with misdemeanor speeding and driving without a license.

Bond was set at $3,500 each.
