Three Rome residents have been indicted by a Floyd County Grand Jury – on an Aggravated Assault charge – in connection with a beating incident which was allegedly gang-related.
28 year old Reginald Demetrius Chatman, 20 year old Jelissa Swain, and 23 year old Justin Tyrell Silmon all took part in beating a woman on East 12th Street back on July 8th.
The warrant stated that during the assault – all three suspects made it clear, that they were members of “The Bloods.”
The victim was also threatened with a gun.
