Emergency crews were dispatched to the scene of a three vehicle accident taking place at Blackwell’s Crossroads between Centre and Cedar Bluff just prior to noon on Friday. Centre Police, Centre Firefighters, Cherokee EMS and Cherokee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the scene.
At least two people were treated at the scene for what appeared to be minor injuries. Both lanes of Cedar Bluff Road at Blackwell’s were blocked in both directions as emergency workers treated those involved and cleared vehicles from the roadway.
