Traffic Stops Lands Three Gadsden Residents in Jail in DeKalb County

Fredrick Daniel HoltThree Gadsden residents were arrested in Mentone, following a routine traffic stop performed by the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office K-9 Deputy.

One of the three occupants of the vehicle was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and a further search performed by the deputy and members of the drug task force – turned up two black bags containing sixty 10-gram bags of controlled substance and two boxes of blunt wraps.

39 year old Frederick Daniel Holt was placed under arrest, and charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, in addition to carrying a concealed weapon without a permit and using false identity to obstruct justice.

Lebrandon Marqu Sandridge24 year old LeBrandon Marquet Sandridge and 33 year old Melody Jeanette Broadnax, were also arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and with carrying a concealed weapon without a permit.

In an unrelated incident, a traffic stop that same day led to the arrest of 21 year old Fyffe resident Jacob W. Gore on a charge of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
