iStock/Thinkstock(NEW YORK) — Travel & Leisure magazine just released their list of America’s 15 Rudest Cities. In a survey of America’s Favorite Places, readers ranked big cities for their museums, restaurants and bars, how walkable a city is, safety, and how cordial the locals seem.

The biggest surprise is that New York City is no longer the most rude and only three of the top 15 are in the Northeast.

Travel & Leisure cautions that, “rudeness in cities on the list can be in the eye of the beholder.” Check out the list below:

5. Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
6. Salt Lake City, Utah
7. Boston, Massachusetts
8. Dallas, Texas

11. Detroit, Michigan
12. Las Vegas, Nevada
13. Providence, Rhode Island
