Trion Police Department Seeking Assistance of the Public in Identifying Suspects

Chattooga County, Georgia authorities have been dealing with a series of automobile break-in’s with one area being especially hard hit – the Town of Trion.

Trion Police Chief David Gillleland issued the following statement late last week:

“We have had a recent rash of ‘Entering Autos’ inside the city limits of Trion and also in surrounding areas. We are working with The Chattooga County Sheriff’s office in a joint investigation. We have the following videos of some ‘persons of interest’.  If you think you may know who they are, please contact the Trion Police Department at (706) 734-3665 or the Chattooga County Sheriff’s Office at (706) 857-3411.”
