Alabama State Troopers worked two separate single-vehicle accidents involving injuries in Cherokee County on Tuesday.
The first occurred at 6:50am on Sand Rock Avenue, and involved a 1995 Buick being driven by 58 year old Ft Payne resident Danny Tribble.
The second occurred on County Road 75 about six miles north of Cedar Bluff and involved a 1987 Toyota being driven by Larry Pettyjohn age 62 of Cedar Bluff; that accident took place at 12:30pm.
According to Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident reports both drivers were injured and both were wearing their seatbelts.
No additional information regarding the extent of their injuries was noted on those reports.
Both wrecks remain under investigation by state troopers.
