Law enforcement officials arrested two people on controlled substance charges – one from Georgia and one a local resident – on Monday in Cherokee County.
Bobby Allen Ball, age 33 of Forsyth, Georgia, was booked into jail at around 4:30pm – charged with Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in addition to Escape/Fugitive from Justice.
He remains in the Cherokee County Detention Center with bond set at $3,000
Kaley Louise Brown, 28 of Centre was jailed just before 5:00 that morning on charges of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance (two counts), Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and a Bond Revocation.
