Two individuals were arrested on drug charges in Cherokee County on Wednesday.
Dusty Ray Cavin, 35 of Gaylesville, is currently being held in the Cherokee County Detention Center, on a charge of Trafficking Methamphetamine.
Cavin was booked into jail just prior to 3:00pm, with bond being set at $75,000.
Meanwhile, a northwest Georgia man was placed under arrest and booked into jail shortly after 8:00 that morning. Forty-eight year old Rome resident, Jason Lee Davis, faces charges of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance – along with Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
His bond has been set at $3,000.
