Two out-of-state residents were arrested on drug charges shortly after midnight Saturday.
Eric Harlan Brewer, age 31 of Riverview Florida – was charged with two counts of the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree, with Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Violation of the Prohibition Law.
He was booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center at approximately 12:30am Sunday.
Amy Waddell Parks, age 27 from Breman, Georgia was charged with the Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drugs and Violation of the Prohibition Law.
She was booked in at 12:55am Sunday.
According to the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office website, both remain in the Cherokee County Detention Center, with bond currently set at $1,000 each.
