Two people arrested on drug charges Tuesday afternoon currently remain in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
Thirty-nine year old Jeremy Scott Bartlett and Shannon Page Martin, age 29, were charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Bartlett was additionally charged with Illegal Possession of Prescription Pills – his bond has been set at $5,000. Bond for Martin has been set at $3,500.
Both were booked into jail just after 3:30pm Tuesday.
